I always stay at this cottage in Portland. Staff helped me with currency tips. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, a TV, and kitchen utensils. There's also hiking, cycling, fishing, and a tennis court. Can't wait for Easter!

We loved our stay at this lovely cosy cottage. The house was quirky and had wonderful views of the sea. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions like Weymouth and Abbotsbury. The host was great, and the house had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen. The dressing room was an added bonus. Parking was convenient, and we enjoyed having breakfast and sundowner drinks on the decking. a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

    Would recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the charming and unique decoration of Sea View Cottage. It felt so cozy and welcoming, and it reminded me of my own home. The general areas of the hotel were lovely as well, especially the decking where I enjoyed my breakfast and evening drinks. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. Although walking up the steep hills was a bit challenging for me, the bus stops nearby made it easy to explore the beautiful surrounding areas like Weymouth, Portland Bill, and Abbotsbury.

The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation better for senior people is a handrail along the slippery concrete path and steps outside. It would have provided some extra stability and security, especially for those of us with impaired mobility.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely Sea View Cottage. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The back garden was a sun trap and provided a great place to relax. The view from the bedroom was fantastic and the location was brilliant, just a few minutes walk from the beach. There were plenty of shops, pubs, and a fish and chip shop nearby. Clean property, smooth check-in/check-out, and excellent communication from Graham.

    Strongly recommend this hotel.

Loved engaging in activities like windsurfing, diving, and cycling. The 24-hour front desk was a lifesaver. What a relief to finally have a computer station and library at my disposal in a holiday home! And oh, the cultural highlights just made my trip even more delightful.

Such a shame that the dogs can easily escape and there's no gate. So thoughtful of them to build steep narrow stairs for anyone with impaired mobility.

Sea View Cottage offers a range of water sports facilities, perfect for adventurous travelers. During my stay, I decided to try my hand at windsurfing. Let me tell you, it was a wild ride! I felt like I was riding the waves with the grace of a dolphin, gliding effortlessly through the water. It was a thrilling experience that I'll never forget!

    No secure dog area.

We love Sea View Cottage! As a family, we've stayed here on three different occasions, twice in winter and once in summer. It's cosy and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and a sun trap back garden. The bedroom offers great views and there's plenty of space for four. The host was helpful and everything worked fine. The location is brilliant, just a short walk from the beach, with a fish and chip shop and a pub nearby. It's a great spot to explore the Island.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
